Our Mission is to train and uplift young women, 18-35, by providing them with the career skills needed to succeed both economically and emotionally. 

We help them rise from poverty and hopelessness with workforce skills. With training, guided by the principles of Love, Kindness, Patience, Time, Mentorship, Support, and Strength through Empowerment, we offer these free courses designed to fill the gaps often missed in their primary education.

There is a gap of knowledge and income disparity for the women in this age group of 18-35 in South Cobb County who are underserved. For varied reasons: poor choices/ lack of opportunities/ due to the lack of knowledge /access/ education, finances and/or Take Action! inability to attend standard colleges. They can be our future leaders.

Through our programs, we will walk side by side with them, mentor, and inspire women to learn these skills and discover their God-given Purpose and Thrive in today’s competitive job market enabling them to live above the poverty level. By focusing on in-depth interview preparation, building resumes, business attire, customer service, etiquette, positive communication skills, and financial management, we help them build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
