Adulting Without Apology

Our literacy and customer service skills training focuses on English comprehension and effective communication, which is foundational for personal and professional success. Participants gain essential skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, empowering them to communicate clearly and confidently. Also, resume review and interview techniques.

Classes are in person, approx. 2 hours, and the agenda will be reviewed on day 1. Some classes may be done via Zoom, canceled for holidays, or changed locations. Program length is about 10 weeks.
